Hope everyone had a Happy Easter and you are not catching “spring fever”! Today is one of those days that I would love to have an outside office, maybe even an office on the golf course. Talking about golf, for those that were able to play in or sponsor the St. Genevieve golf tournament on April 7th, it was the best yet and we thank you for your support. We ended up cooking 3 briskets, 8 pork butts, 10 lbs of sausage, 10 lbs of jerky, and 10 lbs of country ribs. We didn’t end up with much food left and seemed like everyone had a good time.
I just realized this past weekend that it has been over a month now since I had satisfied people’s addiction to Baldman’s beef jerky. For all those that are having withdrawals, I am going to spark the pit this weekend to ease the cravings. I am late in the week with the email but if you can reply before noon on Friday, May 2nd if you want it, I would appreciate it. For those new to the email list, price is $13 for ½ pound or $25/lb for one or more pounds. Your choice of packaging, vacuum sealed or butcher paper (please specify in your e-mail). Payment can be made via PayPal (jude@baldmansbbq.com) or cash, check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, or Discover). To clarify some questions on packaging, if you want a pound or more but want it in ½ pound packages, just let me know and I can package that way. Also, if you want a pound but you want ½ lb vacuum sealed and ½ lb wrapped, I can do that too.
