Well, the demand for our beef jerky has really taken off and we have come to the point of needing to take pre-orders to make sure we have enough to fill requests. We will be making another batch this week, either Thursday or Friday, depending on the weather.
Price per 1/2 pound is $13 or $25 for one or more pounds. We will package either in freezer saver bags or simply wrapped in butcher paper for immediate enjoyment, your choice.
If you would like to place your order and get in on this batch, please reply back to this email with the quantity and how you would like packaged. For those ordering more than one pound, our standard packaging is in one pound packages, if you want something different, please specify in your email. Our next batch after this one will be in about two weeks and we should have our new order form ready by then.
Since credit card ability is not set up yet, payment can be made to our Paypal account (jude@baldmansbbq.com) or if you would like, we can send an invoice and we can run your card next week when we get the credit card process finished. Of course, cash is always accepted.
To all my salesman friends, tired of bringing donuts to customers that just get stale in the office break room? How about packages of the best beef jerky around for a new twist? Just let us know a week in advance and we can make sure to have ready for you.
